Availability:

We are open 7 days a week with available slots. Please see the website for available times. Please be aware that the last booking slot is half an hour before closing time.

PROFESSIONAL DOG WALKERS -Dog walkers/Trainers MUST provide an up to date certificate of insurance for their appropriate services BEFORE any booking is made. Anybody caught using our facility for business without proof of insurance will be banned from using Southlodgemeadows permanently.

Booking Arrangements – Bookings are to be made via the booking form on the website. You can re-schedule yourself online using your booking confirmation. This must be done no later than 24hrs before your appointment is due.

Payment – Payment must be made at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy – If the user arrives late, the booking cannot be extended.

Bookings are non-transferable. The person making the booking must be present and must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of and adheres to the Terms and Conditions.

Parking:

A waiting bay is provided for each park. Please use this and wait patiently until the previous walker has left.

You can only park in the car park, this is gated and securely fenced.

No parking on Walcote Road, all parking must be in the designated parking area. Upon entering the car park please ensure the gate is closed behind you immediately. All vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owner’s risk.

Maintenance:

The hirer must bring their own biodegradable poo bags and clean up after their dog/s. South Lodge Meadows will provide a poo bin. The South Lodge Meadows team will inspect the field and fencing daily to maintain security but please notify a member of the team if you have any concerns. During winter months the field may be muddy, so please ensure you wear appropriate footwear. Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog/s, fence height etc.

Code of Ethics:

Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed. Harsh handling of dogs, either verbal or physical is not allowed. If any of your household pets show signs of illness, please do not book the field. All dogs using the field are known to each other and are already socialised with each other.

Entering/Leaving The Field:

It is the responsibility of those using the field to allow time at the end of their session to get their dog/s on a lead and off the field before the next client is due. Dogs must be back in the car at least 5 minutes before the end of the session to allow time for the next dogs to enter at their allotted time.

Dogs must remain in the owner’s vehicle until the previous users have left the field and have got their dogs into their vehicle. On arrival please use the waiting bay provided . Any owners who cannot reload their dogs must inform the management. Users must ensure that the inner entry gate is securely closed. Owners will not allow their dog to dig and will fill in any holes so dug.

Children:

Children are welcome on the fields but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Shouting and screaming is not permitted. Please do not let children climb on any fencing, gates or agility equipment.

Data:

We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other parties.

Use of The Field:

Use of the field means that the user accepts all the terms and conditions. The user is responsible for all safety aspects of South Lodge Meadows prior to, during or subsequent to the hire period and must accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death howsoever or by whomsoever caused, whether to property or persons sustained by any person in the Southlodgemeadows fields.
